Conditions for Return / Exchange
We do not provide cash refunds. Instead, you can exchange for any other product of equal value (one-time exchange only).
You must provide a clear unboxing video from the beginning (showing 3D view of the package before opening, full packaging, and the product).
The product should be in unused condition and with original packaging.
Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged, or broken items without valid unboxing video proof.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Customized or special-made items.
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Exchange Process
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Record and share your unboxing video proof with us by email or WhatsApp.
- Once approved, we will guide you on how to ship the product back.
- After receiving and verifying the product, you can choose another item of equal value for exchange.
- Exchange can be done only once per order.
Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case of exchange, delivery charges for sending the new item will apply.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
